Ambitious Osborne aims to blaze a trail for coaches

COLLIN Osborne is the only black director of rugby in the National Leagues but believes that’s down to previous generations of colour not playing the sport and hopes the current diverse England squad will mean there’ll be more coaches from a similar background to his in years to come.
Wimbledon boss Osborne has stood alone for the majority of his coaching career, previously at Harlequins where he was academy coach for 12 years, backs coach for two and skills coach for eight.
