BILLINGHAM don’t have the funds to pay any of their players but head coach Peter Evans is confident they will spring some surprises by staying loyal to their expansive style of rugby as they enter the National Leagues for the first time.
The Durham-based side secured promotion to National Two North after lifting the Regional 1 North East title last year, and Evans is excited for the challenge ahead.
