FORMER Wales hooker Kristian Dacey has come out of retirement to join newly promoted Welsh Championship side Brecon RFC. Dacey called time on his career in April following a string of injuries, and was one of 17 players to depart Cardiff. He made his Wales debut in 2015 and won eight caps, made over 200 appearances for Cardiff, having previously played for Pontypridd.
