BELGIUM have appointed Mike Ford as head coach, with Mouritz Botha joining as forwards and lineout coach. Former England defence coach Ford was in charge of Germany between 2018/19 and is now back in the international game ahead of the 2023 Rugby Europe Championship. Botha has been working for Championship side Ampthill as forwards and defence coach but left the position last week to take his new role.
