THE Bulls have signed South Africa prop Wilco Louw from Harlequins for next season on a three-year deal. Tighthead Louw, 28, joined Quins in September 2020 having played for the Stormers and Toulon. The 14cap Springbok has made 49 appearances for Quins since, including six this season. He scored a try in their Premiership final win over Exeter in June 2021, when Harlequins clinched the title.
