‘I’ll stop before I’m 40, but not just yet’

Dan Biggar does not see himself emulating Jimmy Gopperth and playing professional rugby in his 40th year, but the Wales captain feels he still has a number of seasons in him as he ponders his future.
Outside-half Biggar will leave Northampton at the end of the season after five years at Franklin’s Gardens. Neither player nor club wanted to say goodbye, but the constraints of the salary cap in a side with a number of young English internationals prompted his departure.
