Flier MacDonald back to her best after neck injury

Having once feared she’d never be able to play rugby again, Claudia Mac-Donald enjoyed a dream England return last weekend as the Red Roses blew the United States away.
The 26-year-old scored two tries and was player of the match as England won a record 24th Test in a row last Saturday in a 52- 14 win.
MacDonald was told last November that a serious neck injury may have ended her career but the scrum-half, who can also operate on the wing, made an emotional return to the sport at her new home ground Sandy Park.
