World Cup carrot will inspire us – George

Jamie George admits it will be “difficult” pushing thoughts of France to the back of his mind but hopes the World Cup “carrot” can spur him and his Saracens team-mates on to domestic glory.
The hooker also hopes he showed enough to Eddie Jones during the morale-lifting Test series win over the Wallabies this summer that he deserves to keep the No 2 jersey heading into the home Autumn campaign.
