Lewis ready to head abroad

DESPITE being one of the best uncapped back rows in the game, Sam Lewis is waiting on offers from Japan and the USA with his options in the Premiership limited.
The flanker is now a free agent after he was released by Worcester Warriors when his contract ended at the start of the season as part of a massive clearout by new boss Steve Diamond.
Lewis, 31, who is England qualified, arrived at Sixways from the Ospreys in March 2015 but is now likely to continue his career abroad and has been speaking to clubs in Japan and America.
