Bears fly-half Eden off to join Zebre

BRISTOL Bears fly-half Tiff Eden is set to ply his trade in Italy next season after being told that he was surplus to requirements at Ashton Gate this summer.
Eden, 27, was one of several players that DoR Pat Lam wanted to get rid of to get under the salary cap, but he missed the deadline not to take up extensions on their contracts earlier this year.
Former Nottingham man Eden had been attracting interest from clubs in the Top 14 and the ProD2 in France, and Jersey Reds. but will be joining URC outfit Zebre Parma.
