EXETER have parted company with defence coach Julian Salvi with their hopes of a topfour finish this season hanging by a thread.
The Chiefs need to win both their remaining games to be in with a chance of reaching a seventh successive Premiership final.
Former Australia A International Salvi, 36, played for Bath and Leicester Tigers before moving to Sandy Park in 2015, joining the coaching staff three years later.
