LONDON Scottish are set to announce an exciting strategic partnership with Harlequins on similar lines to the one enjoyed by Bedford and Northampton.
The new, mutually beneficial collaboration will see Scottish and the defending Premiership champions formally cooperate on a number of playing, coaching and training opportunities.
