ON THE BLIND SIDE
NORTHAMPTON have completed a three-year deal to land Australia lock Lukhan Salakaia-Loto from Queensland Reds.
At the start of the month, we reported that Saints were locked in talks with Salakaia-Loto, 25, who has fallen down the Wallabies pecking order under Dave Rennie.
Saints are believed to be paying Salakaia-Loto around £320,000 to make the move after seven years at Ballymore.
Salakaia-Loto has been out of favour in the Test squad after leaving camp for the birth of his child ahead of the third Bledisloe Cup match last year.
