Euro rugby chiefs have made a right mess of it

If there has been more muddled thinking by a sports governing body than EPCR’s actions over the games postponed during the Christmas period, I can’t remember it. With the European competitions continuing despite the pandemic, EPCR punished teams in round one for having to cancel their game by imposing a massive 28-0 points loss.
