Bath’s Francois Louw gets South Africa call

Bath flanker Francois Louw will miss at least the first three rounds of the Premiership season after he was called up to the South African squad for their Australasian leg of the Rugby Championship.
Louw is one of 28 players selected for the matches against Australia in Perth on September 8 and New Zealand in Dunedin on September 15.
Heynecke Meyer has also added uncapped duo Western Province No.8 Duane Vermeulen and Free State Cheetahs fly-half Johan Goosen to the squad.
Goosen had been impressive in the opening rounds of SuperRugby but suffered a shoulder injury and missed most of the season.
His pace and flair in attack could put pressure on the disappointing Morne Steyn in the No.10 jersey.
Springbok coach Heyneke Meyer said: “I regard him as a world class rugby player. Johan has a long career ahead of him at Test match level and we will expose him when and how we feel it will benefit the player and the team best.
South Africa's lengthy injury list includes experienced Bismarck du Plessis, Pierre Spies, JP Pietersen, Heinrich Brüssow and Schalk Burger.
