Lawday relishing key role in Alex’s absence

AS he prepares to deputise for England call-up Alex Dombrandt against Saracens today, Quins No.8 Tom Lawday says his move from Exeter to London has been the making of him.
Lawday is into his third season at Quins but the 27- year-old says he felt right at home from day one.
“I was at university when I first got called in at Exeter so I wasn’t full-time, and when I signed, I was in the senior academy so I was kind of in the shadows,” he said.
