SO the World Rugby Independent Judicial Panel will meet next week to consider misconduct charges against Rassie Erasmus arising from the Lions series. In particular his hour-long video attack on the match officials and his all too frequent appearances as a ‘water boy’ on the field of play, the latter tending to coincide, with monotonous regularity, with important TMO decisions by said officials.
