ENGLAND’S plans for an Autumn Nations Cup-style competition this summer are under threat because of government restrictions.
The Rugby Paper revealed last month that England’s three-game tour to North America in July was likely to be relocated to England because of Covid travel problems.
England are due to play Scotland, USA and Canada and planned to take games around the country because it would not be cost-effective to open Twickenham unless the games were sell-outs.
