The Halbro North West Leagues have set new dates for a new season, pending the easing of lockdown restrictions by the government

LOCKDOWN has put the late-January resumption of grassroots rugby on hold in the North West.
Officials of the Halbro North West Leagues, which hosts clubs in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside and Cumbria, have announced new dates for the possible resumption of games – March 6 and 13 – depending on easing of the highest tier restrictions.
