BIRMINGHAM Moseley rugby director Adam Balding believes RFU funding cuts in the Championship will see more players opting for part-time rugby in the National Leagues.
Balding claims his phone has been red hot since RFU boss Bill Sweeney announced last month that Tier Two funding would be slashed, as concerned pros reassess career options.
