Burrows puts in a captain’s run on return to Yorkshire

COVENTRY skipper Ryan Burrows returned to his Yorkshire roots in style as he crashed over for his team’s fourth try in a backs-against-thewall second half display.
No.8 Burrows, briefly on loan to Doncaster from Newcastle last season, was a constant menace and inspired his side to a rare win away from home.
He led by example when, twice after the interval, Coventry were reduced to 14 men following yellow cards for prop Gareth Denman and replacement flanker Jack Ram, who starred for the Knights last season, both for persistent off-side.
