Saracens given the brush off

AN initial 15-man shortlist for the European Player of the Year award has been announced, with Leinster, Racing 92 and Exeter all picking up three nominations – but there is not a single player included from reigning Champions Cup holders Saracens.
The list will be reduced to five players in May after the Champions Cup semi-finals.
