Fresh start: Tom James

TOM James has been backed to hit the ground running and star at the Scarlets after recovering from a serious bout of depression which threatened his career.
The 32-year-old took a break from the game in 2018 to deal with his mental health struggles and returned at the end of last season to play Welsh Premiership rugby for Merthyr.
After his release by Cardiff Blues this summer, James was picked up by the Scarlets and is now looking forward to the start of the new PRO14 season.
