WASPS signing Paolo Odogwu hopes to help fill the boots left by Christian Wade’s sudden departure to the NFL last October, even if he’s very much his own man.
At 5ft 9ins, Odogwu is similar in height to Wade but is six years younger and one-and-a-half-stone heavier than the Wasps flyer who signed off with 82 Premiership tries – putting him third on the competition’s all-time list – before crossing the Atlantic.
