ZACHMercer is ready to prove to England head coach Eddie Jones that Billy Vunipola and Nathan Hughes are not his only No.8 options for the World Cup.
Vunipola’s powerful recent Champions Cup final display against Leinster confirmed that, fitness permitting, the rumbustious Saracens man is nailed-on for Japan.
