Welsh clubs bemused by new tournament

WELSH Premiership clubs reacted with bewilderment this week when it was announced they would be playing Scottish semi-pro sides between mid-April and June next year.
The Scottish Rugby Union launched their new Super 6 club tournament but noone in Wales yet know which six Welsh Premiership clubs they will be facing as no agreement has been reached.
“The WRU have got to sort their stuff out,” said Dale McIntosh, head coach at Premiership champions Merthyr. “We don’t know what’s going on.”
