Coaching brain drain is a nightmare for Welsh team lovers

I WAS fascinated to read comments by Warren Gatland this week on Robin McBryde and his move to Leinster which will come after the World Cup.
“From my point of view it’s disappointing for Wales. He’s been involved in Welsh rugby for 13 years and it’s an Intellectual Property that all of a sudden has left Wales and gone over to our closest rivals,” is what Warren said. I couldn’t agree more and must admit my concern at the coaching knowledge set to depart.
