BOURNEMOUTH rounded off their imperious run to the title in style – even if they did miss out on registering 1,000 points.
The Lions roared to an 80- 3 victory over Old Patesians in the season finale, ending on 999 points with an 18th bonus-point victory.
Freddie Gleadowe opened the floodgates at Chapel Gate, with Adam Higgins and Sam Hardcastle also crossing before half-time.
Hardcastle ran in another three, with Scott Chislett, Ali Bennett, Gleadowe, Higgins and Sam Veneroso all touching down during a one-sided second half.
