Hooker Billy makes it a family affair

AMBITIOUS hooker Billy Harding has revealed his desire to join his father in the Premiership one day after signing a new two-year contract at London Scottish.
Harding’s dad, Dennis, is the kitman at Harlequins and, after proving a smashhit in the Championship since joining Scottish from Esher last summer, the welltravelled No.2 hopes his roundabout rugby journey might eventually lead him to the top.
Harding, 26, told TRP: “London Irish’s academy let me go at 14, but I’ve never given up and, at 21, I moved to New Zealand and spent a year in Auckland.
