Cost-cutting puts Sevens under threat

THE RFU may scrap the England 7s team in favour of a Great Britain side because of their financial problems.
The RFU are in the midst of cost-cutting, with 64 staff made redundant in 2018. One solution could be to combine with Wales and Scotland to form a GB side on a permanent basis, as per the Olympics.
