Important players can aspire for Premiership says Morris

WASPS flanker Ben Morris claims Premiership ringfencing would be a disaster for tier two rugby.
Morris, 27, joined Wasps from Nottingham last summer and has made 11 first team appearances.
But the former Leeds and Newcastle academy man doubts he would have been given the opportunity had the Championship been devalued.
