THE name of Tim Francis, who died this week aged 83, might not instantly strike a chord with you but any forwards, and certainly the majority of front row forwards of a certain age, will have ‘enjoyed’ an encounter at some stage with his fiendish invention, the Rhino Powerhouse scrummaging machine.
