Pivac swoops for Dragons ace O’Brien

SCARLETS are set to sign Dragons fly-half Angus O’Brien as the Champions Cup quarter-finalists begin to prepare for next season.
The 24-year-old will compete with Rhys Patchell and Dan Jones for the Scarlets 10 jersey.
