Worcester sign Scotland prop

Worcester have today announced the signing of Scotland international Ryan Grant with immediate effect.
The Glasgow loosehead, 31, has made 25 appearances for his country and was also part of the British & Irish Lions squad which defeated Australia in 2013.
Warriors Head Coach Carl Hogg said: “Ryan possesses an abundance of experience at the highest level of the game and has been successful in club and international rugby.
“He was a major driving force in Glasgow’s PRO 12 title-winning season and his Lions selection in 2013 illustrates the high regard in which he is held within rugby.”
Grant added: “I am delighted to be at Sixways and I am hungry to get out on the pitch and help the side during some very important matches over the second-half of the season.
“The Aviva Premiership is a fierce league and I am looking forward to the challenge of going head-to-head with some of the best props in the world.”
