WATCH: Barritt banned as Barrington walks free for Parling KO

Brad Barritt has been banned for three weeks for his part in the tackle that knocked out 's Geoff Parling on Saturday but his teammate Richard Barrington had his case dismissed by the disciplinary panel.
Barrington received a red card in the 11th minute for his part in the two-man tackle on Parling but Barritt, who made the initial contact, went unpunished by referee Ian Tempest.
Despite the early dismissal Saracens came from behind to snatch a 13-13 draw against Exeter at Allianz Park, in what was a rematch of the 2016 finalists.
The case against Barrington for dangerous charging was dismissed and he is free to play again with immediate effect.
A guilty plea for dangerous tackling from Barritt saw him given a three-week suspension and he is free to play again on January 31.
The RFU Disciplinary panel said: “Following very careful analysis, the panel found that Mr Barrington had not committed the act of foul play alleged. The incident arose out of the specific dynamic of Mr Parling falling unconscious into what would have otherwise been a legitimate contact by Mr Barrington.
“In line with the new sanctions a mid-range entry of six weeks was imposed on Mr Barritt reduced to three weeks in light of mitigation including his guilty plea.”
