Exeter scrum-half Will Chudley could miss the Premiership final after being cited for kicking Joe Launchbury last Saturday.
The alleged incident occurred in the second half of the semi-final at Sandy Park in which Chudley was named man-of-the-match.
He will appear before a disciplinary hearing in Bristol this evening.
