Joe Marler has been banned for two matches and fined £20,000 for calling Wales prop Samson Lee “Gypsy boy” during the Six Nations.
The England loosehead, 25, was cited by Six Nations organisers in the aftermath of the clash at Twickenham but avoided punishment.
That's when World Rugby stepped in and called for Marler to face a disciplinary hearing yesterday.
The outcome means Marler will miss Harlequins' Challenge Cup quarter-final against London Irish on Saturday as well as the Premiership trip to Saracens.
The fine will be donated to an equality charity in the UK and the RFU confirmed that Marler will not appeal the decision and considered the matter closed.
