Courtney Lawes has been called back by England after Joe Launchbury was deemed unfit to play against Ireland on Saturday.
The Wasps lock was expected to take part in training today but after further consultation with the team’s medical staff it has been decided he is unfit to play and will return to his club to nurse his hamstring injury.
Lawes had been dropped from the match day squad yesterday.
