Beaumont and Haley sign new Sale deals

have handed new two-year deals to rising stars Josh Beaumont and Mike Haley.
Beaumont, 22, the son of former and British legend Bill Beaumont, has made the No.8 position his own this term.
Twenty-year-old Haley, meanwhile, has proved a revelation since being handed his first team chance in Sale's European tie with back in October and has displaced Italian Luke McLean as first choice full-back.
“Josh and Mike are both great lads and we are delighted they have both agreed their new deals with the club,” said director of rugby Steve Diamond.
“Josh is a like a sponge in that he soaks up all the information and even though Nathan Hines is now back in the team, Josh is still running the line-out. He's thriving on the responsibility.
“Mike's another who has seized his opportunity with both hands. Nothing phases him and he has kicked on massively keeping a current international out of the starting side.
“Mike like Josh knows where they stand.
“Both lads have taken their opportunities and if they carry on performing like they have done then they know they will stay in the team.”
