Tom Youngs out of Autumn internationals

Tom Youngs will miss England‘s autumn international with a shoulder injury.
The Leicester hooker suffered a dislocated A/C joint against Bath on the weekend and has since undergone surgery according to reports. He will be sidelined for a three-month period as a result.
