Richard De Carpentier will appear in front of a RFU disciplinary hearing for eye-gouging next week.
The Worcester Warriors flanker has been charged with “making contact with the eyes/eye area of an opponent” after he clashed with Northampton's Calum Clark on Saturday.
The hearing will take place in Coventry on December 4 and Mike Hamlin, Austin Newman and Adrienne Lucking will make up the panel.
