To celebrate the 10-year anniversary of England‘s 2003 World Cup triumph, a Legends selection took on an Australian Legends selection at the The Stoop last night
The England Legends eventually won the game 17-5 and the still very sharp Jason Robinson was a stand out performer but the moment of the game came on the last minute as Steve Thompson ran the length of the field for a brilliant solo try.
Side-step, double acceleration, dummy, the former hooker, who retired in 2011, showcased the skills that made him one of the most feared forward of his generation.
