Stuart Hogg injury blow for Scotland

Scotland have been dealt a huge blow ahead of the Autumn internationals with the news that Glasgow full-back Stuart Hogg will be out for “several weeks” with a wrist injury.

The 21-year-old British & Irish Lion has undergone an operation on a wrist injury he picked up playing against Leinster on September 20 and a statement from the club confirmed he will be out of action for several weeks.

Scotland start their campaign on November 9 against Japan before facing South Africa and Australia the following two weeks.
