Andrea Masi out for five months

have suffered a huge blow as Andrea Masi will be sidelined for up to five months with a knee injury.
The Italian centre damaged both his posterior and medial cruciate ligaments against two weeks ago and underwent surgery this week.
As a result, Masi will miss ‘s Autum internationals next months while he is also likely to miss the start of the next year.
A statement said: “London Wasps back Andrea Masi this week underwent surgery on the knee injury he suffered in the game against .
“Masi suffered damage to both his MCL and PCL and will be on the sidelines for a period that is estimated to be between 16 and 20 weeks.”
