Richard Cockerill to face RFU hearing

Richard will appear before a Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel next Monday following incidents during the Avivia Premiership final between Leicester and Northampton.
The Tigers director of rugby has been charged with conduct prejudicial to the interests of the Game as he allegedly used obscene and/or inappropriate and/or unprofessional language or behaviour in an exchange with Stuart Terheege, the fourth official.
Dylan Hartley's red card grabbed the headlines after the Northampton captain called referee Wayne Barnes a “F****** cheat” on stroke of half-time but prior to this incident Cockerill could be seen talking angrily to the fourth official on the sidelines.
His rant followed Toby Flood's exit from the field after he was left concussed by a crunching tackle from Courtney Lawes which should have been sanctioned by a yellow card according to Cockerill.
