Sale Sharks academy prop Ralph McEachran is hoping to follow in the footsteps of young loosehead Asher Opoku-Fordjour and establish himself as a first team regular.
The 19-year-old made his debut for England U20 on Thursday, emulating the style of his Sale clubmate perfectly with a dynamic 70-minute performance.
Although he acknowledges the challenge that senior rugby will bring, McEachran is poised to make the leap and feels that now is the best time to do so.
