Q: Rugby seems to be producing more high-scoring games than ever. As someone famous for playing flat to the line and attacking instinctively, do you think you would thrive in today’s game?

A: I don’t know. It’s definitely a lot more attack-focused now. Teams kick less than they used to and strike plays and launch plays are far more ambitious.
