Some of my proudest moments in rugby came wearing jerseys I’d dreamed about since I was a kid.
Pulling on the Ospreys shirt at the Liberty Stadium. Playing professional rugby after years of setbacks. Travelling the world with Wales Sevens.
And later, building something completely new for players after my career was cut short. None of it followed a straight line, but every step shaped who I am now.
