England Saxons scrap past Ireland Wolfhounds

Will FraserEngland Saxons scored 14 unanswered points to claim a 14-10 win over the Irish Wolfhounds in Galway tonight.
A try from Leinster’s Kevin McLaughlin and five points from the boot of Ulster’s fly-half Paddy Jackson gave the Wolfhounds a 10-0 lead at the break but the Saxons came back firing in the second half to take the game under control.
Bath-bound George Ford kicked two penalties to reduce the gap to four points by the hour mark before Saracens flanker Will Fraser, above, went over in the corner in spectacular fashion to put the English in front.
Ten minutes later, Ford stepped up again from 50 metres to kick his third penalty of the game and seal the win for Jon Callard’s men.
