Dream Team: Will Green – Former Wasps, Leinster and England prop

1. Craig Dowd – I'm picking Craig purely because he can squat while standing on a tennis ball one-legged. He's amazingly agile for someone of his build. Pleasure to play with at Wasps.
2. Trevor Leota – He's got a head the size of a pumpkin but on his day he offered more than any other hooker in world rugby. Phenomenal talent but could have improved his lineouts!
3. Emmet Byrne – Known as the ‘warrior' and proved it on many occasions. Pound for pound one of the strongest players going.
4. Simon Shaw – He should be claiming his pension but he's still going strong in France.He kept me in the game for ten years by playing behind me and helping me out.
5. Charlie McGowan – He's got great potential but it has never really been fulfilled. He's currently playing for Worthing but in my opinion he could have been an international player, he has just been a bit unfortunate at times.
6. Joe Worsley – In the Heineken Cup final in 2004 Joe made 38 tackles against Toulouse, it was a phenomenal effort. He's a modern day great in the game and I can't think of anyone else I'd rather take into battle with me.
7. Paul Volley – Never backs down, never accepts defeat and will never accept he's wrong. It's great to have that on a rugby field, off it is a different story!
8. Lawrence Dallaglio – ‘Lol' is in for his resemblance to Mr Incredible. Also because he was a superb player. His try against Wales in 2000 sticks out – he carried four  Welsh guys over the line with him. Inspirational leader and all-round legend.
9. Rob Howley – Again it's one particular try that sticks out with Rob, his effort against Toulouse in the 2004 Heineken Cup final, a game we won 27-20. I showed my son recently and he could barely believe it. Rob was a fantastic scrum-half.
10. Alex King – Despite Alex being bald and confused, on his day he was the best fly-half of his era, a truly fantastic talent and has shown his durability by still playing in France.
11. Rob Kearney – Rob's unbelievably good on a high ball and is an ultimate modern-day professional.
12. Stuart Abbott – He's in here for being English when it matters, then going back to being South African! He waltzes in and wins the World Cup and is given an MBE. I have a lot of respect for Stuart, he was a great talent.
13. Brian O'Driscoll – An incredible warrior. Despite being as blind as a bat he has considerable skill and ability to do things no one else can. He's probably the best player I've ever seen.
14. Phil Hopley – Damian's brother who was called up two hours before a game against Leicester in 1996 and scored a try. It was even more remarkable given the fact he was dragged out of a nightclub the night before at 1am.
15. Josh Lewsey – A bit like Mr Benn. One minute he's a solicitor, then a banker and then he's an international rugby player of the highest quality. A talented guy and pound for pound one of the best – could play anywhere.
